Red Quilted Coat

Coat- Vintage from Casablanca Vintage, Lion head chain necklace - coming soon to Joy Destroy Vintage, random tank top, thrifted vintage belt, shorts- vintage pants sewn into shorts, tights - H&M, shoes - Kmart, and of course my baby kitty

Finding a vintage piece you've been looking for for like EVER is the best feeling! I've been on the hunt for a really cool belt lately and was surprised at how hard it was. I really wanted one with chains in the front, sort of like this one, which just happens to look a lot like my necklace above that I will be posting in the shop this week, or one with a cool buckle. I was so happy when I found this one the other day while thrifting.

I also wanted a pair of tapestry-esq shorts and was really excited to find these vintage pants that fit me PERFECT and I was able to make them into shorts. I kind of just want to make like 20 more pairs. Hopefully I'll get really good at sewing and be able to customize all kinds of different size pants since there are so many cool vintage fabrics but the pants don't quite fit.

Oh yeah, isn't this quilted ruby red coat amazing? Only like $15 at one of my local favorite vintage shops, Casablanca Vintage. Check it out if you're ever (rather unfortunately,) in Cincinnati!

PS - I'm getting a hair cut on Thursday, I can't wait to get ride of this stupid mullet thing going on on top of my head
